“Mauré”, our extra virgin olive oil, is above all a gift to my grandfather Roberto, the one that gave me the passion for the olive’s farming. It is made, according to the local tradition, from several species of national and indigenous varieties, such as: Leccino, Leccio del Corno, Coratina, Pendolino, Peranzana e Gentile di Larino. The harvest comes from seven different olive groves located on the Molise’s coast hills. We try to avoid the intervention in the olive groves, to reduce as much as we can the treatments, above all.
We try to harvest our olives in the best moment to obtain a rich, full-bodied olive oil, with an high content of polyphenols. Its flavor is slight bitter and spicy.
